How to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been printed, that is on the day of the order until 11:59 PM.

To do so:

1. Go to your account and click on the "My orders" section.
2. Locate the button Suspend this order.
3. Select a reason from the list, and let us know that you wish to cancel your order in the comments.

Cancellation is done within 1 hour.

If the payment has not yet been charged to your account, then you will simply not be charged.

If the payment has already been charged to your account, then you will be refunded directly to your bank account within 24/48h.
